- Below the moorland line
- Improved and low input permanent grassland (unimproved is not eligible)
- Land receiving systemic herbicides for weeds that camera or remote-sensing technology can recognise
What you'll do
Spray systemic herbicide using camera or sensor guidance that spots individual weeds and switches single nozzles on to hit only them — cutting total herbicide use. A few permitted blanket applications are still allowed.
Evidence to keep
- 'As applied' maps showing nozzle activation
- Records of any permitted blanket herbicide applications, with dates
- Contractor invoices, if sprayed for you
