• If any of this land is an SSSI, you need Natural England's consent before the RPA can offer you an agreement
• Cannot be combined with UPL5 on the same area

What you'll do

A supplement to a moorland grazing action (UPL1, UPL2 or UPL3): keep 100% of the grazing livestock units as cattle, ponies, or both — no sheep on the entered land.

Evidence to keep

• A written stocking calendar showing all grazing livestock units are cattle or ponies

This is a supplement to

• UPL1 — Moderate livestock grazing on moorland
• UPL2 — Low livestock grazing on moorland
• UPL3 — Limited livestock grazing on moorland
